Saab has long experience in developing advanced MSTs and MRTs (Multi Radar Trackers). Our MST is a high-performance real-time multi-target tracker. Its scalable stand-alone design is easily customised, making the MST suitable for new state-of-theart systems as well as older systems in need of an upgrade. The straightforward design ensures effortless integration an array of different types of surveillance systems.

An easily understandable interface enables the MST to accept and process asynchronous measurements from any mix of sensors of the following types:

• Primary radars (2D and 3D)

• Secondary radars (classic and monopulse)

• Combined primary and secondary radars

• Mode-S

• Satellite positioning

The data fusion is performed at plot level, taking full advantage of the available sensor data and making the MST a true multi-sensor tracker. The MST can also receive tracks either from sensors or from other systems, making it possible to use the MST as a tracker, a track correlator or both.
